Mayor of StarHell city, and daughter of “the Nightmare” Victoria is an immortal nightmare in the shape of a unicorn, the first mortal life she met when she fell from the sky at her mothers departure from this world.

Intended to destroy this world and build her own, victoria instead fell in love with the world abandoned by her mother, and promised Amalthia that she would not destroy it, and live like a mortal in the crater of her birthplace.

She now works restlessly as “mayor” struggling to build a thriving city for the few mortals that trust her promise, or forget her true nature.
